二硫化钼超细粉体的制备工艺研究

摘    要:以钼酸钠与硫代乙酰胺为原料,利用两步法制备出二硫化钼超细粉体,并对制备二硫化钼超细粉体的优化工艺条件进行了研究。结果为:反应温度为900C、H ]=0.8 mol.L-1、摩尔配比为8∶1、钼酸钠初始浓度=0.03 mol.L-1。原子力显微镜表征结果显示,此工艺条件下制备的二硫化钼粉体平均粒径约为140 nm。

Abstract:Superfine molybdenum disulfide was prepared by a two-step method from Na2MoO4 and CH3CSNH2.The optimization of some preparing parameters of molybdenum disulfide was investigated.The optimized process conditions are: H ] = 0.8 mol.L-1,CH3CSNH2 : Na2MoO4 = 8 : 1,initial Na2MoO4 concentration = 0.4 mol.L-1,and reaction temperature at 90 ?C.The prepared MoS2 by the optimized conditions was with an average 140 nm size according to the result of atomic force microscope.
