| 摘 要： | 数据链作为信息化条件下的网络基础设施,已成为支持未来联合作战的主要装备。将层次分析法引入数据链效能评估中,建立了分层结构的作战效能评估指标体系。详细分析了态势信息共享、指挥控制、协同、链路转发和网络可用度等重点指标的评估数学模型,提出了定性指标、权重和作战效能综合评价值的计算方法,为数据链作战效能评估研究提供了一种新的研究视角。

| Abstract: | As one of the basic networking infrastructure in the IT-based warfare,data link is becoming the main equipment supporting future Joint Operations.This paper introduces a new method based on AHP into evaluation of Link-16 operational effectiveness,and gives a layered architecture of system evaluation index.The paper analyzes in detail the evaluation mathematical model of several major indexes such as situation sharing,command and control,cooperation,link forwarding and network availability etc,and proposes the calculation methods of qualitative indexes,weights and evaluation value. |
