摘    要:对强力保护剂H用于亚麻筒子纱碱氧一浴练漂工艺进行了探讨,在原常规碱氧工艺的基础上添加强力保护剂H后进行试验,优化了强力保护剂H的最佳使用方法和用量.用优化工艺大生产纱的白度和毛效指标略优于原工艺,强力与断裂伸长率分别比原工艺提高了11.3%和12.5%,大生产纱再经柔软平滑剂处理后,柔软度提高较多.用该工艺生产的纱进行织造,生产效率大大提高,且减少了织疵.

Abstract:The application of strength-protecting agent H in alkali and peroxide one-bath process of flax yarn was discussed.Based on the conventional alkali and peroxide process,strength-protecting agent H was added and the experiments were done.The optimal application method of strength-protecting agent H and the dosage was optimized.The whiteness and capillary effect of yarn treated under the optimal process were better than the original process.The strength and elongation at break of yarn increased by 11.3% and 12...
