| 摘 要： | 用废弃柞蚕丝制备柞蚕丝肽,再用该丝肽对柞蚕丝绸进行抗皱整理.研究了丝肽、丝肽/柠檬酸、丝肽/乙二醛等对柞蚕丝绸的防皱整理效果,测试了不同整理条件下柞蚕丝绸的折皱回复角、撕破强力、白度等性能.结果表明:丝肽/柠檬酸体系整理柞蚕丝绸的综合性能最好,在优化整理条件下,柞蚕丝绸的折皱回复角可提高42.9%,撕破强力保留率和白度保留率分别为84.1%和90.2%,整理后柞蚕丝绸的柔软度及悬垂性能有所提高.

| Abstract: | Silk peptide was prepared from waste tussah silk and the peptide was applied on tussah silk fabric wrinkle resistant finishing.The influences of silk peptide,silk peptide/citric acid,silk peptide/glyoxal on anti-wrinkle effect were investigated.The crease recovery angle,tearing strength,whiteness and other properties of the finished fabric under different conditions were tested.The results showed that the silk peptide/citric acid system finished silk exhibited the best overall performance.Under the best con... |
