摘    要:采用复极性三维三相电极对工厂生产过程中产生的印染废水进行了降解试验,研究了外加电压、主电极极间距、电流密度、初始pH值、曝气量等因素对废水处理效果的影响.分析了电解过程中瞬时电流效率的变化规律,确定了复极性三维三相电极处理废水的最佳工艺条件:外加电压25 V,电流密度22.72 mA/cm2,主电极极间距为5 cm,初始pH值4.5,曝气量6 L/min,电解时间50 min.废水经处理后,脱色率与COD去除率分别达98%、79%以上,废水的BOD/COD从0.23提高至0.35.电解20 min、30 min时的瞬时电流效率分别为0.94和0.79,表明复极性三维三相电极在电催化氧化过程的30 min内保持很高的电能利用率.
