| 摘 要： | 研究了用二甘醇醚化DMDHEU树脂的反应机理,探讨了二甘醇用量、邻苯二甲酸酐用量、醚化温度、时间和pH值对醚化DMDHEU树脂性能的影响.通过测定和分析树脂中羟甲基相对量、游离甲醛量及整理后织物的甲醛释放量、折皱回复角、撕破强力保留率,确定了较佳的醚化工艺:n(二甘醇)∶n(甲醛)=0.52∶1,邻苯二甲酸酐1.0%(对二甘醇质量),68～70℃醚化4 h,pH值3.0～3.4,醚化后超低甲醛树脂的游离甲醛量低于0.3%.整理后织物上的甲醛释放量为33.48 mg/kg,水洗尺寸变化率经向-0.8%,纬向-0.7%,达到优等品质量标准.

| Abstract: | Mechanism of etherifying DMDHEU resin with diethylene glycol was investigated.The influences of the amount of diethylene glycol and phthalic anhydride,the etherifying temperature,the reactive time and pH value on the resin performance were discussed.The optimized process of etherifying DMDHEU resin was determined by testing and analyzing the hydroxymethyl contents of the synthesized resin,the free formaldehyde contents,released formaldehyde amount from finished fabric,the wrinkle recovery angle and tearing ... |
