锤击法激振试验实施中的几个问题

本文对用力锤敲击一个软橡皮绳悬挂的机械结构部件时的锤击力波形做了理论分析,并在此基础上,讨论了以求结构模态参数为目的的锤击激振试验中若干值得注意的问题,对某些重要参数(锤头选取,分析频率范围,采样间隔等)的选取提出了意见。作为锤击激振试验实例,文中还介绍了BJ122轻型载重汽车车架激振试验的若干数据,供实施及估价锤击激振试验参考。

Problems on Impulse-excitation Practices

This paper is concerned with theoretical analyses on waveform of impulse force on a structure element suspended by elastic rubber band.According to the analyses, problems that should be noted on performing impulse-excitation test to identify modal parameters of structure element are discussed , and opinions about select ing important parameters(head of hammer, range of analysed frequency, sample interval etc ) are presented.As illustrative examples,some results in performing "Excitation test on frame of BJ122 light truck" are presented, and can be referred to practical use or evaluation of impulse excitation test.
