液压容腔的仿真研究

摘    要:建立了液压破碎锤液压容腔的数学模型,分析了进入和流出液压破碎锤前腔和后腔液压油的流量和各个容腔液容的大小.根据数学模型对液压破碎锤进行仿真,得到活塞位移曲线、活塞速度曲线、缸体前腔压力曲线和缸体后腔压力曲线.根据所得曲线总结了活塞位移与速度及前腔压力、后腔压力之间的关系,揭示了液压容腔对液压破碎锤性能的影响,有利于改善和优化液压破碎锤的设计参数.

Abstract:The mathematical model on the cubage cavity of the hydraulic hammer was built.The hydraulic oil flux which flows into the former cubage cavity and out of the behind cubage cavity and the fluid capacitive bulk of every cubage cavity were analysed.Piston's displacement-time curve,piston's velocity-time curve,the front cubage cavity pressure-time and the behind cubage cavity pressure-time were gotten by the simulation according to the mathematical model.The connections which is piston's displacement,piston's velocity,the front cubage cavity pressure and the behind cubage cavity pressure were given.So the effect of the hydraulic hammer performance were found by cubage cavity.It is helpful to improve the design parameters of the hydraulic hammer.
