| 摘 要： | 稀土高科稀选二分厂原生产设备陈旧,工艺技术落后,稀土精矿回收率低、单耗高,严重制约着该厂的生存与发展.为此该厂进行了技术扩容改造.通过引进新型BF型浮洗机,采用一粗二精浮选新工艺流程进行稀土选矿.通过生产实践,获得了较好的生产技术指标,取得了良好的经济和社会效益.

| Abstract: | The equipment of the NO.2 Rare Earth Dressing Plant of Baotou Rare Earth Hi-Tech,Ltd is dated and the production technology is backward,the lower recovery of rare earth concentrate and higher consumption restricts the existing and the development of this plant.By introducing into the "BF"model floatation equipment,replacing the old technology with the new one,it completes the floatation by the once corse and twice well floatation technique. Now it gains a better technical target and gets satisfied economical and social benifits. |
