| Abstract: | The structures of vacuum-mechanical former applied to MDF production lines with annual capacity from 10 000 to 80 000 m3 and its main elements, ie fiber preparing box, forming cabin and vacuum case, etc are described. The relations between their structures and mat-forming performance are analyzed.And measures for their further improvement are suggested according to their regulation, test and operation experiences. |
