摘    要:对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组蛋鸡日粮是在基础日粮基础上分别添加1%的陈皮、山楂、姜黄、决明子、大黄;试验期8周,以研究五种中草药对鸡蛋胆固醇的影响.结果表明:五种中草药都能降低蛋鸡血浆TG、TC、LDL水平和提高HDL含量,降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量;二者均以山楂、决明子、大黄效果明显(P<0.05);试验组与对照组相比,蛋黄胆固醇含量分别降低14.83% (P<0.05)、16.06% (P<0.05)和13.84% (P<0.05),鸡蛋胆固醇含量分别降低14.50% (P<0.05)、15.56% (P<0.05)和12.72%(P<0.05).

Abstract:The egg layers in control group were fed on basal diets and the egg layers were fed on basal diets with addition of 1% dried old orange peel,hawthorn fruit,curcuma,cassia seed and rhubarb respectively.The experiment was carried out for 8 weeks to research the effects of these five Chinese herbal medicines on cholesterol in eggs.The results showed that these five Chinese herbal medicines all could reduce TG,TC and LDL level of egg layer's blood plasma,and improve HDL content and lower cholesterol content in eggs,among which the effects of hawthorn fruit;cassia seed;rhubarb were significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the cholesterol contents in yolks of the test groups were decreased by 14.83%(P<0.05),16.06%(P<0.05) and 13.84%(P<0.05) respectively,and the cholesterol contents in eggs were decreased by 14.50%(P<0.05),15.56%(P<0.05) and 12.72%(P<0.05) respectively.
