| Abstract: | In this article,the author introduces reasons and harm of the low tender price problem happened in bid and tender processes of current hydraulic and hydroelectric projects,and enumerates reasons of construction claims with practical examples.Author hopes that this analysis can help to improve the bid and tender work of hydraulic and hydroelectric projects. |
