| Abstract: | A simple debris cloud model is developed by considering the one dimensional shock wave motion in the material together with the catastrophic fragmentation theory by Grady. The model provides a simple method for calculating the velocities at the outer perimeter of the cloud and the average particle size in the cloud. |
