Abstract:This paper developed the design of five and a half digital multimeter module based on PXI Interface.The module takes the ES51966 as a core,and ARM(LPC2103)as a controller for the high-precision measurement of electrical parameters and the processing of measurement data.This module also achieve the communication with the host computer through PXI interface which uses PCI9054 chip.This article mainly focuses on the circuit of hardware,the process of software designing and achievement of the internal interface...
