Abstract:Ba_(6-3x)Nd_(8+2x)Ti_(18)O_(54)(x=0.30~0.75,BNT) ceramics were synthesized by microwave sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 30 min with the heating rate 20 ℃ per min.Then,BNT ceramics were sintered at 900 ℃ for 2 h by doping 45%(mass fraction) B2O3-SiO2-CaO-MgO(BM) glass in the muffle furnace.The microstructure and properties of BNT ceramics were analyzed.The results indicate that BNT ceramics can be quickly synthesized at low temperature by microwave sintering,and BNT ceramics possess the best properties at x=0.67,with the relative permittivity(εr) of 38.3,dielectric loss(tanδ) of 19×10–4,flexural strength(σf) of 106.1 MPa,and thermal conductivity(λ) of 2.684 W/(m·K).
