摘    要:采用传统固相反应法制备了Mg0.95Zn0.05TiO3(MZT)微波介质陶瓷,研究了添加ZnO对MgTiO3陶瓷的烧结过程及介电性能的影响.结果表明,添加ZnO不仅有效降低了MgTiO3陶瓷的烧结温度,提高了陶瓷的致密度,而且有效抑制了中间相MgTi2O5的产生,提高了MgTiO3陶瓷的微波介电性能.当ZnO添加量为...

Abstract:Mg0.95Zn0.05TiO3(MZT) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state method.The effects of ZnO additive on the sintering process and dielectric properties of MgTiO3 ceramics were investigated.The results show that the sintering temperature of MgTiO3 ceramics can be lowed,and the densification of MgTiO3 ceramics can be improved through the addition of ZnO.Moreover,the ZnO additives can effectively restrain the formation of intermediate phase MgTi2O5,and keep excellent microwave diele...
