基于"道德银行"的道德教育理论探讨

道德教育缺乏实效性,是目前高校道德教育所迫切需要解决的重要问题。要解决这一问 题,就必须突破传统的教育模式,建立适应新形势需要的高校道德教育新模式。浙江工业大 学之江学院在全国高校中率先创办的"道德银行",是高校创新道德教育模式的一次积极尝试。 本文在"道德银行"初步实践的基础上,深入阐述了创办"道德银行"的理论依据与实践意义,并 对高校深入开展"道德银行"的实践进行了若干思考。

On theory of moral education in view of "Moral Bank"

Colleges and universities are confronted with the problem in moral education: moral education lacks efficacy.To solve this problem,it is urgent to set up a new model in moral education while the old education model is done away with. Zhijang College of Zhejiang University of Technology has taken the lead among universities in China in establishing the "Moral Bank", which is a positive act in the new moral education model. Based on the preliminary practice of the "Moral Bank", this paper discusses the theoretical ground and significance of the founding of the "Moral Bank", and provokes some reflections on the development of the "Moral Bank" in universities.
