逐孔爆破技术布孔方式研究

摘    要:针对逐孔爆破技术的特点,从炮区爆破能量均匀分布利于改善爆破质量的角度研究露天矿逐孔爆破的布孔方式,并对露天矿逐孔微差爆破网路中炮孔交错排列的均匀性和有效密集系数进行推导,提出与逐孔微差爆破相匹配的最佳布孔方式的数学表达式。结合实例的计算,得出同一爆破参数条件下三角形布孔方式优于矩形布孔方式和孔网有效密集系数更为接近经验值的结论。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the hole-by-hole blasting technology,this paper studys the hole layout of hole-by-hole blasting from the point that the uniform distribution of blast energy contribute to improve blast quality,By analyzing the staggered hole uniformity and the actual intensive coefficient of millisecond blasting network in surface mines,the mathematical expression of the best hole pattern mached with millisecond blasting is put forward.Base on the calculation of example,it is concluded that the triangle hole pattern is better than rectangle hole layout and the actual intensive coefficient is closer to experience data under the same blasting parameters.
