| 摘 要： | 植物甾醇具有诸多重要生理功能,对人体保健、卫生、美容能发挥很大有益作用,尤对甾体药物工业发展意义重大。该文主要对植物甾醇结构、分类、理化性质与生理作用、应用与开发进行综述,以期为今后甾醇应用与开发研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Phytosterols have many important physiological characteristics,and play a significant role on human health,beauty,and also have a special function,especially for industrial development significance of steroidal drugs.Phytosterol structure,classification,physical properties and physiological role,application and development were reviewed.In the future work,we need to strengthen the application of the sterol. |
