某珩磨机床主轴液压控制系统的仿真分析

摘    要:珩磨机床在缸体精加工中有着广泛的应用,其中主轴液压系统为珩磨头提供进给运动。在分析某珩磨机床主轴液压系统工作原理的基础上,基于AMESim和Simulink联合仿真模型,对其工作过程中的负载适应特性和主轴换向精度进行了研究,结果表明,该液压系统具有良好的平稳换向精度和负载自适应特性,为珩磨机床主轴系统设计制造提供一种有效的思路和方法,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Honing machine has a wide range of applications in cylinder finishing, in which the spindle hydraulic sys- tem provides the honing head feed motion. In order to study the work load adaptive characteristics and spindle re- versing accuracy of a system, the principle of a honing machine spindle hydraulic system is explained in this paper. And then, a co-simulation model of AMESim and Simulink is established. The simulation results show that this spin- dle hydraulic system has a good smooth change, reversing accuracy and load adaptive features, which can provide some useful methods and value to honing machine design.
