摘    要:采用乙腈饱和正己烷除去植物油中大部分油脂,并用正己烷饱和乙腈数次提取苯并芘,采用HPLC系统在流动相为乙腈∶水(90∶10)、荧光检测器:激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm下检测,用外标法峰面积定量。结果显示:苯并芘在4.0~80.0 ng/mL浓度范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,加标回收率为92.7%~98.2%,方法定量限为2μg/kg。该法简便易行、准确可靠。

Abstract:A method for determination of benzopyrene(B(a)P)in vegetable oil by HPLC was established.Lipids of vegetable oil were removed by acetonitrile saturated n–hexane,then B(a)P was extracted were extracted with n–hexane saturated acetonitrile.The extraction was analyzed by HPLC using fluorescence detector(excitation wavelength at 384nm and emission wavelength at 406 nm)with acetonitrile and H2O(90∶10,V/V)as mobile phase,quantified by the external standard method of peak area determination.The results showed that B(a)P in the concentration of 4.0~80.0 ng/mL had good linearity with peak area.The recovery rate with standard addition was 92.7%~98.2%.The limit of detection(LOD)of the method was 2 μg/kg.The method was simply,feasibility and accuracy.
