平原河网地区城市两级排涝标准匹配关系

摘    要:平原河网地区城市多采用一、二级排水系统相结合的排涝模式.由于一、二级排水系统的规划设计问题涵盖了市政排水和水利排涝2个范畴,其采用的设计标准和行业规范各不相同.针对平原河网地区城市排水系统的运行特点,研究了河网地区城市一、二级排水标准的衔接关系,提出了一种新的确定一、二级排水标准匹配关系的方法,对平原河网区域城市排水工程规划具有实际意义.

Abstract:Two-stage drainage system is often used to drain stormwater out of city in plain river network areas,especially for city in river network area of the Pearl River delta in China.The second-stage system mainly refers to the rain pipes which collect stormwater and discharge into the inner river network within the city,then the first-stage drainage system which consists of inner river,pumping station,and sluice discharge stormwater into outside river.Although both of them are used to drain stormwater out of city,they have different design standards.The matching relations of the design standards for the two drainage systems are analyzed;and a new method to determine the matching design standard for the two drainage systems is proposed.
