旧有建筑形态再创造

对城市旧有建筑形态的改造提出3点解决方案:(1)横向增建,沿建筑水平方向对原有建筑面积及功能进行补充或扩展,主要包括两种增建模式:连接式增建和模矩式增建;(2)纵向增建,在原建筑结构许可的情况下,向上部空间增建,增建形式包括直接增层法、改变传力途径增层法、外套增层法;(3)围合式增建,在原有建筑墙体的外围加建新的建筑立面,里层是旧建筑真正的围护结构,外层是改造后的附加层.

There are three solutions to transformation of cities' old construction as follow.1.The crosswise additionally construction.Carrying on the supplement or extension to the original construction area and function along the horizontal direction of the construction,it mainly includes two kind of additional construction patterns: The connection additional construction patterns and the module additional construction patterns.2.The longitudinal additionally construction.Adding construction to the upside space if the original construction structure allows.The additional construction form includes the direct increase layer method,the increase layer method that change the way of the power transmission,the periphery increase layer method.3.Encircling the suitable additional construction.We should extend new construction in periphery of the original construction wall,the true surrounding protection structure of the old building is in inner layer;and the increase layer that has been transformed is outside.
