摘    要:通过在3#、4#高炉安装炉顶红外摄像监控系统,获得了对高炉操作具有指导意义的直观影像,便于监测炉内科面状况和气流分布,指导高炉的上、下部调剂及高炉特殊炉况的判断处理。

Abstract:By means of installing the infrared monitored control system at furnace top of 3 # and 4 # blast furnace, the visual photograph was acquired which is important for adjusting the blast furnace operation. It is convenient for monitoring the charge level and gas flow distribution in furnace. The obtained photograph is also useful in guiding the operation of upper stack and blast furnace well and dealing with the special conditions for blast furnace smelting.
