| 摘 要： | 悬沙采样器开关阀的基本作用是控制采样仓的进水和排气,它是采样性能起决定作用.在对现行开关阀分析的基础上,设计了一种新型电动旋转开关阀,它由阀体、阀盖、减速电机、陶瓷阀芯,密封胶垫以及控制电路等组成.试验表明,新型开关阀不仅满足悬沙采样器的功能要求,而且可靠性大大提高.

| Abstract: | The basic function of the valve for sediment sampler is to control the water-in and airout of the sample, container. It is one of the key components of the sediment sampler and has great influence on the performance of the sampler. Based on the analysis of current valve in use, a newly electrical powered swivel valve is designed. It mainly consists of valve bodies, ceramic valve core, reduced-electrical-motor, seal and control circuit. Experiments show that the new valve not only meets the requirements of the sediment sampler, but also has better reliability. |
