基于Unity Quantum过程控制平台的高炉自动化设计

摘    要:结合高炉生产工艺过程的控制要求,提出了PLC的工业环网模型,建立了以Unity Quantum为过程控制平台,热备冗余CPU、冗余通信总线和冗余数据服务器等组建的工业以太网,实现了高炉生产系统数据通讯的高可靠性、无阻塞和高速度传输,并对生产现场总线控制网各工作站实现集成控制;构建了基于Vijeo Citect的远程动态监控系统,搭建了远程信息平台,实现了现场设备的远程调控。系统已投运,实践证明该自动化网络提高了生产率,节能增效,促进了企业生产管理信息化建设。

Abstract:Union blast furnace production technological process control request, proposed ring network model of industrial PLC. estab-lished a Unity Quantum for process control platform, hear prepares redundancy CPU. redundant communication bus and redundant date servers make up industrial Ethernet. Blast furnace production system to achieve the high reliability of data communication, non-blocking and high-speed transmission. Production site as well as to achieve control of the workstation. Building on Vijeo citect remote dynamic Moni-toring system, set up a remote information platform to achieve the equipment of the remote control, system has been put into operation, the automation network improved productividy, energy efficiency, the promotion of enterprise management informationzation.
