几种Boost电路的功率损耗分析与实验研究

摘    要:针对开关器件、电感在Boost电路中的损耗,分析了硬开关、ZVT和改进的ZVTBoostPFC变换器的功率损耗。并且采用功率因数校正集成电路UC3854,UC3855分别实现3000W硬开关、ZVT和改进的ZVTBoostPFC变换器,通过分析比较3种电路的功率损耗,验证了BoostPFC电路功率损耗计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:The power dissipations of switching components and inductor used in Boost PFC circuit are analyzed and computed,furthermore this paper analyzes the dissipations of hard switching,ZVT and improved ZVT Boost PFC converters.3000W converters of the three types are realized with UC3854 and UC3855.Analysis and compare prove the correction of the compute method.
