| Abstract: | The small-signal response of bulk traps in MNOS devices is presented. Excellent correlation is obtained between theory (previous paper) and experiment for the trap conductance as a function of temperature and frequency, from which the trap density (Nt), trap energy (Et) and trap cross-section (σ) are obtained for generating trap centres. |
