环式炭素焙烧炉传热数学模型

摘    要:对焙烧工序的主体设备———带盖式环式炉的传热流动问题进行了分析.根据分析结果建立了环式炉的传热流动数模.针对复杂的热量交换过程,采用直接差分法建立三维不稳态传热模型和一维稳态的流动数学模型,计算出的大量数据为现场有目的的优化传热提供了依据,同时指出了进行环式炉数学模型、自动化研究的必要性和重要性.

Abstract:By analyzing the flow and heat-transfer characteristics of the baking furnace-major equipment in baking process and using with direct-difference method and makes up three-dimension unsteady thermal-conduct and one-dimension steady flow math models. A great deal of data calculated gives base to on-sport auto-control and operation. And some problems have been found which need to be researched further and the ring-furnace model and automation research should be put in our timetable as soon as it can be.
