| Abstract: | Higher education popularity has great influence on higher education, home or abroad. This article points out that vocational education and personnel training in water resources field should keep the tendency of popularity, adjust specialized establishment according to the market demand, deepen educational reform, improve the teaching quality, establish the training pattern of "producing, learning and researching" to realize sustainable development. |
