摘    要:对天津于桥水库中铜绿微囊藻竖向分布及其上浮速度进行了测定,在大约3倍透明度水深处藻类数量最多,向上或向下,藻类数量均减小.在无光条件下,上浮速度≤1 cm/min的铜绿微囊藻占77%,上浮速度1~1.5 cm/min的藻类占10%,上浮速度1.5~2 cm/min的藻类占6%,还有7%的铜绿微囊藻上浮速度大于2 cm/min.当向下的流速达到1.65 cm/min时,基本能阻止铜绿微囊藻的上浮.竖向水力混合能将表层藻类输送到下层,从而抑制藻类的生长.

Abstract:The vertical distribution of Microcystis aeruginosa and its floating up speed in water were studied in Yuqiao reservoir of Tianjin City. It showed that the amount of Microcystis aeruginosa in the depth of 3 times water transparency reached the maximum and it decreased with the increasing and decreasing of the depth. Under the condition of no light, the amount of Microcystis aeruginosa with the floating up speed below 1 cm/min was about 77%, between 1~1. 5 cm/min about 10%, between 1. 5~2 cm/min about 6%, above 2 cm/min about 7%. When the water flowing down speed reached 1. 65 cm/min, the up floating Microcystis aeruginosa would be stopped. The vertical hydraulic mixing could transported the surface Microcystis aeruginosa to the bottom of water, so the Microcystis aeruginosa growth would be prevented.
