| Abstract: | IP(Internet Protocol)telephone-a kind of digital telephone, represents an innovative type of communication service. It has incorporated a variety of switching processes, such as speech sound,compressed encoding, packaging and packeting, distribution routing, storage and switching, depackaging and decompression, into the IP network or internet for realizing speech sound communications. The internet speech sound communications constitute a most typical and promising application realm of the VoIP technology. This paper analyzes, the basic principles of VoIP and it's power of development. |
