系统工程在八面河油田地面建设中的应用

摘    要:近年来,系统工程学在油田开发建设中应用广泛。系统工程的主要观点是全局性观点、综合性观点和满意性观点。八面河油田面120区块地面建设的方案设计,应用系统工程进行技术优化,避免了技术风险;按照全局性观点进行项目整体经济评价,最大限度地降低了项目的经济风险。

Abstract:Systems engineering has been widely applied in the oilfield exploitation and construction. The overall situation viewpoint,the comprehensive viewpoint and the satisfactory viewpoint are the main viewpoints of the systems engineering. The project design of surface construction in M120 Area of Bamianhe Oilfield has used systems engineering to optimize technology and avoid technology risk;the overall situation viewpoint has been applied for the economic evaluation of the whole project to reduce the project economic risk most.
