大跨度H型钢桁架分片高空对接安装施工技术

摘    要:厦门海峡交流中心二期B地块工程观众厅屋顶为H型钢主次桁架结构,最大跨度30.7m。采用分片钢桁架高空原位对接安装技术指导施工,使用双夹板进行桁架安装对接临时固定,使用缆风绳配合校正。结合施工环境及吊装工具起重性能,确定桁架分片位置。根据结构主次桁架传力分析,制定相应分片桁架安装顺序及变形分析,以满足安装条件需求。本文介绍了分片桁架高空对接安装工艺施工过程及控制要点,施工效果良好。

Abstract:The audience hall roof structure of Xiamen straits exchange center phase ii project B plot is make up by H-steel truss structure of primary and secondary,and the largest span is 30.7 m.In construction,the subdivision steel trusses are docking-installed in air according to the structure drawing position,using double connecting plates for fixing truss installation temporary and together with cable rope for correcting angle and elevation.Based on the construction environment and hoisting tools lifting performance,sure truss triangulating position.According to the primary and secondary structure truss force analysis,corresponding triangulating truss installing sequence and deformation analysis to comply with the installation conditions demand.This paper introduces the installation process of high-altitude subdivision truss dock construction and control points。The construction meet the design requirements。
