| 摘 要： | 以均聚聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂，通过添加成核剂制备了注塑级透明PP专用料。成核剂的加入．不但改善了PP的光学性能，而且提高了PP的刚性，在某种程度上改善了其加工性能。为降低生产成本和提高透明PP的性能，研制了复配成核剂体系，添加该成核剂生产的透明PP的各项性能均达到技术指标；并讨论了加工温度和树脂熔体流动速率对透明PP光学性能的影响。

| Abstract: | The transparent polypropylene(PP) special material for injection is prepared by adding nucleating agent to homopolymerized PP matrix. Not only the optical property but also the rigidity of homopolymerized PP is improved by adding nucleating agent, and the processing performance is improved. In order to decrease the product cost and increase the properties of transparent PP, the nucleating agent composite is developed. The properties of transparent PP containing this nucleating agent meet the technical index. And the effects of processing temperature and resin MFR on the optical property of transparent PP property are discussed. |
