| 摘 要： | 住宅性能认定制度在我国实行已有6年时间,但消费者对住宅质量问题的投诉仍居高不下。本文从开展住宅性能认定制度后存在的各种问题入手,深入分析了住宅性能认定存在不足的原因,并提出完善我国住宅质量保证制度的对策。
