摘    要:首先分析了THPC在化合过程中的结晶机理,进而全面地讨论了反应条件变化对THPC结晶状态的影响,通过大量的生产实验,探索出制取不同粒度大小级别的THPC工艺参数,以满足不同粒度THPC的战术技术需求,方法简洁,安全性好,具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:In the article, an analysis on the mechanism of crystallization of THPC in the combining process is determined, and we also provide a comprehensive discussion about the effects of reaction conditions on the properties of THPC crystalline state. Through a large number of production and experiment, process parameters on preparation of different granularity levels of THPC are found, which could meet the various tactical and technical requirements of the different THPC granularity levels. During the research, it is found that the method has properties of simple production process, good safety, and also possesses preferable practicality
