纯化毒种制备的麻疹减毒活疫苗的接种反应及免疫原性观察

目的观察麻疹长-47株纯化毒种制备的麻疹减毒活疫苗在8～10月龄人群中的接种反应及免疫原性。方法选择无麻疹疫苗免疫史及接种禁忌证的8～10月龄健康婴儿298人为观察对象,采用非随机分组,并按2∶1设置分为观察组和对照组。观察疫苗接种后的局部和全身反应及血清抗体水平。结果两种疫苗接种后均未出现局部反应,全身反应以发热反应为主。观察组出现发热反应34例(16.50%),对照组18例(19.57%),二者差异无统计学意义。观察组和对照组接种后血清麻疹血凝抑制抗体阳转率均为100%,抗体GMT分别为19.25和20.49,二者差异无统计学意义。结论麻疹减毒活疫苗(纯化毒种)对8～10月龄健康婴儿具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。

Adverse Reaction and Immunogenicity Induced by Live Attenuated Measles Vaccine Prepared with Purified Virus Seeds

Objective To observe the adverse reaction and immunogenicity induced by live attenuated measles vaccine prepared with purified virus seeds of Chang-47 strain in infants aged 8 ～ 10 months. Methods A total of 298 healthy infants at 8 ～ 10 months of age, without history of immunization with measles vaccine or contraindication, were divided into trial and control groups unrandomly at a ratio of number of 2 ∶ 1, and inoculated by the live attenuated measles vaccine prepared with purified virus seeds of Chang-47 strain and with Hu191 strain respectively. Local and systemic adverse reactions after inoculation were observed, and the serum antibody levels were determined. Results No local adverse reactions were observed after inoculation, and the systemic reactions were mainly expressed as fever. Thirty-fou(r16. 50%)and 18(19. 57%)cases of fever were observed in trial and control groups respectively, which showed no significant difference. Both the positive conversion rates of HI antibody against measles in trial and control groups were 100%, while the GMTs were 19. 25 and 20. 49 respectively, which showed no significant difference. Conclusion The live attenuated measles vaccine prepared with purified virus seeds showed good safety and immunogencity in healthy infants aged 8 ～ 10 months.
