电机保护智能监测系统的设计

摘    要:为减少电机的损坏次数及设备故障率,提高电机运行的可靠性,研制了一种以80C196KC单片机为控制核心的电机保护智能监测系统。应用A/D转换器可靠地采集电机工作电流和温度等参数,对电机三相电流过载、超限、漏电、不平衡、缺相、接地电阻、电机和环境温度进行测定,智能判断出各种工作产生的故障并及时排除,实现了电机缺相、过电流、欠电流、欠电压保护。实际运行显示,系统工作稳定可靠、操作方便及功能完善,满足了现场要求。

Abstract:To solve the fault problem and improve reliable for motor, an intelligent motors monitoring protection system has been developed base on the 80C196K microcomputer. With the A/D recording the parameter of motor winding current and temperature, it can protect the motor when the motor has the problems of motor missing, overload electric, lack of electric or lack of voltage. This kind of protector not only has the advantage of reliable and simple circuit but is convenient.
