摘    要:为了提高正交变传动比面齿轮副的承载能力,探索该面齿轮副的基本参数对其强度特性的影响.应用空间齿轮啮合传动原理、微分几何学和机械设计基础,建立点接触正交变传动比面齿轮副的坐标系,推导出正交变传动比面齿轮的齿面方程,得到正交变传动比面齿轮的主曲率和压力角计算方法.对该面齿轮进行了受力分析,建立了正交变传动比面齿轮副的强度校核方法,并探讨了该面齿轮副的基本参数对接触应力和弯曲应力的影响.通过传动实验与理论结果的对比分析,验证了该面齿轮副强度计算方法的正确性.

Abstract:To improve the bearing capacity of orthogonal variable transmission ratio face gear, the influence of basic parameters of gear pair on strength characteristics is discussed. According to spatial gear meshing theories, differential geometry and design of machinery, the meshing coordinate and the equation of tooth surface are established and proposed. The methods for calculating the pressure angle and the principal curvature of variable transmission ratio face gear are acquired. The force analysis in the meshing process is performed. A method to calculate the strength of orthogonal variable transmission ratio face gear pair is established, then the variation regulation of contact and bending stresses that changed with the basic parameters of the gear pair is derived. Compare with the result of the transmission test and the theoretical data, the calculation method is verified.
