摘    要:为了保证配电网重构工作更加实际有效,提出了一种兼顾经济性和电能质量的网络重构方法。首先提出系统运行性能指标——网络损耗和电压总偏移量,再利用归一化方法对多指标融合并形成配网运行综合性能指标,通过设定综合性能指标标准差,划分重构时段,该划分方法可以限制网络重构次数。结合配电网的特点对复杂结构进行简化处理,有效降低了遗传算法的寻优空间,在优化过程中采用自适应调整的交叉率和变异率,较好地提高了算法的性能。通过IEEE33节点系统的仿真分析,验证了该方法的有效性及正确性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the distribution network reconfiguration more practical and effective, this paper presents a new reconfiguration method considering economy and power quality. Firstly, system performance indicators are raised including power loss and total voltage offset, then the normalization method is used to integrate two indicators and formation comprehensive performance indicators of distribution network, and finally by setting standard deviation for comprehensive performance indicators, the reconfiguration time is divided, by which the number of reconfiguration can be limited. Combined the characteristic of distribution network, the network structure is simplified, which reduces the optimization space of GA effectively; and the crossover ratio and mutation ratio that adaptively adjust are adopted during optimization, which improves the performance of the algorithm better. Simulation results on the IEEE-33 system indicate the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
