水量水质联合调控模型及其应用

摘    要:针对水资源调控研究多以自然水循环为主体易忽略水质潜在功效,构建了在时空上合理调配的水量水质联合调控模型.以水功能区目标水质为调控中心,从二元水循环角度考虑了人为干预下水体时空演变规律,提出将水环境承载能力视为一种资源和水量统一协调,利用GAMS软件进行水量水质联合调控的多目标动态耦舍求解.以松花江流域为倒,合理确定节点、分区纳污能力、核算时段入河污染物控制量和削减量,实现了水功能区水质规划目标,验证了模型的实用性.
