用滑移线场方法评价高匹配接头的承载能力

采用滑移线场理论研究了高匹配接头的承载能力问题，通过ADINA有限元程序计算，找出了不同强度比和不同焊缝宽度下接头的边界条件和沿焊缝宽度方向切应力的分布规律，描绘了权限状态下接头的滑移线场，进而推导出了高匹配接头的权限载荷公式，并通过试验加以验证。

Appraisement on the load-bearing ability of overmatching welded joint using slip line field method

In this paper,the load bearing ability of overmatchi ng welded joints has been studied by slip-line field theory.The boundary conditi ons (distribution of shear stress on the fusion line)for different strength r atios and weld sizes in width and the distributive regularity of shear stress ac ross the weld width have been found using the FEM program ADINA.The slip-line fields of limit condition of welded joints have been drawn and the limit load fo rmulate of joints have been conducted.Tensile experiments have been carried out under plane strain condition in order to prove the application feasibility and precision of the limit load.
