焙烧风机高压变频节能改造

摘    要:在2台硫酸装置焙烧风机上增设高压变频器,利用调节电机转速代替调节风机风门控制风压风量。分析了变频调节技术的节能原理,介绍了高压变频器的结构和配置。改造后,在相同的风量下节约能耗32%,风机运行更平稳,运行安全性提高,设备磨损度减轻,因而减少了维护工作量和生产成本。
