汽轮机汽封找中测试系统的设计

摘    要:通过对汽封找中仪系统工作过程的分析,提出了利用测量探头、测量架、位移传感器、变换器、数据采集、单片机、数据显示和打印等组成测控系统来完成联轴器的找中心,较详细地介绍了测控系统的测试原理、硬件结构和软件流程,文章的最后给出了测试结果;实践表明,该系统在功能、性能和控制精度上达到或接近国外同类产品的先进水平,投入运行后取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper analyzes working process of aligning instrument system in steam seal glands and put forward a way to find coupling center by measuring system made up of measuring probe,data acquisition,data display and printer.The design principle,hardware structure and software flowchart are presented in detail.Finally,its testing results are given out.The results of application show that the system functions,control performance and precision are close to the advanced level of the same kind of products of the company abroad.It gains a good economic profit after operation.
