高坝挑流消能述评

摘    要:本文针对影响挑流消能工设计选型的几个问题进行评述分析。指出:冲击射流的脉动作用是岩基局部冲刷破坏的主要因素;现有冲深估算公式均具有一定的局限性;挑坎体型优化的目标在于提高射流在空中的消能率,减小和分散入水冲击能量,改善水垫消能的作用,从而减轻射流对下游的冲刷,确保泄洪安全,并注意顾及池洪雾化的不利影响。

Abstract:The paper has analyzed some probems affecting the design of the traectory eneny dissipator and its typeselection. It pointed out that the fluctuation effect of impact jet is the main factor tha causes partial scouring fracture ofrock bed, the cuerent formulas to estimate scouring depth have certain limitations and the purpose of the type optimization of the trajectory bucket is to improve the energy dissipation efficiency of jet in the air, reduce and disperse the jet - im-pact force, and improve dissipation of waer cushions. Thus, the downstream scouring effect can be alleviated so thatflood could be discharged in a safe way. It also gave consideration to atomization effect caused by flood discharge.
