浅析漫湾电站效益及滚动开发小湾电站

本文分析了漫湾电站投产后的近期及长期发电经济效益及其在云南电网中的重要作用，略述了电站社会效益，表明漫湾电站项目建设是成功的，潜在效益良好，是一项经济评估的良好资产，只是目前受上网电量及电价的限制，尚未充分显示出发电经济效益。以此为基础，分析了以漫湾电站资产及效益为母体滚动开发小湾电站的有利条件与不足之处，以期得到国家开发政策的支持和吸引国家资金的投入，促进我省电力系统电源结构调整的关键工程———小湾电站的开工建设。

Analysis of Benefits of Manwan Hydropower Station and Rolling Development of Xiaowan Hydropower Project

The author has analyzed both short _ term and long _ term power generation economic benefits after commissioning of the Manwan Hydropower Station, its great importance in the Yunnan power grid and social benefits. The analysis shows that its construction is successful in terms of economic benefits and it is a sound asset for economic evaluation, and that it has not yet fully displayed power generation economic benefits at present due to limit of energy being accepted by the grid as well as of the tariff. Based on this the author has also made an analysis of the favorable conditions and deficiency for undertaking rolling development of the Xiaowan Hydropower Project taking the assets and benefits of the Manwan Hydropower Station as its basis in order to obtain policy support and investment input from the State, thus give an impetus to the construction of this essential project in Yunnan provinct.
