关于小湾水电站的电力市场

小湾水电站原规划和设计的供电范围是云南和广东。近年来由于广东和云南电力供求关系都得到暂时缓解，今后广东是否还会成为云南的电力市场，小湾电站投产后云南自身能否及时吸收全部电力，本文通过对广东、云南长远电力市场分析和电力电量平衡计算，回答了上述问题，明确提出根据云南自身的电力市场发展需要，应尽早建设小湾电站。

Electric power Market for Xiaowan Hydropower Station

The Xiaowan Hydropower Station was originally planned and designed to supply its power to Yunnan and Guangdong provinces. However,the relation between power supply and demand has been mitigated in these two provinces for the time being in the recent years. Will Guangdong province still be a power market to Yunnan province and Yunnan province be able to absorb all the power to be generated from the Xiaowan Hydropower Station on its commissioning in the near future? This paper has made reply to this question through the long _ term power market analysis and power _ energy balance calculation in the two provinces, and proposed that it should be constructed as early as possible so as to meet the requirement of developing its own power market of Yunnan province.
