多组分混合炸药的定量分析方法研究

摘    要:研究了多组分混合炸药HMX/NTO/F2641/PNP组分分析方法.采用减量法、萃取法以及吸收光度法进行了组分测定,对比各方法的测定结果.结果表明:将萃取法和吸收光度法相结合,克服了由于试样组分较多,仅采用萃取法无法进行各个组分的分离的困难,且操作过程和实验设备均较好掌握.测定结果的准确度和精度能够满足混合炸药的研制和生产要求.

Abstract:An analysis method of multi-component explosive was studied. Weight loss method, extraction and absorption photometry were adopted, the measurement results of these means were compared. It showed that combining extraction with absorption photometry, the difficulty in the separation of ingredients of multi-explosive was overcome, which caused by the complex ingredients. The operation process and experimental facilities are general and cheap. The accuracy and precision of the results can satisfy the requirements of development and production.
