摘    要:介绍一种工程机械液压系统状态自动监测系统。该系统以PXI总线系统构成硬平台,采用了标准总线体系和模块化仪器方案,由可更换适配器构成测试传感器与测试资源的物理连接,完成液压系统各种信号的调理。系统的软件设计中采用了基于数据库的测试方法与面向对象的模块化程序设计方法,并以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台。该系统拥有良好的可扩展性和工程实用性,在工程车辆的液压系统检测和故障诊断领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:An automatic test system for hydraulic system of engineering machinery was presented.Based on the hardware platform of PXI bus interface system and modular instrumentation,replaceable adapter was adopted to connect measurement sensor and test resource of hydraulic system to implement the signals conditioning.The modularization architecture,database measurement method and LabWindows/CVI developing environment were used to develop the software of the automatic test system.The expansibility and engineering pra...
